1.Stop V-Ray license server(if runnning).
Double-cliclk on the icon in the Task Bar tray and choose "Terminate"
2.If registered as Windows service, stop VRLService service from Control Panel > Administrative Tools > Services

WIBU services/processes
=======================
1.Check if the following are started and if so stop them:
WkSvMon.exe
WkSvW32.exe

Listed in Task Manager under "Processes" tab (make sure "Show processes from all users" is checked)

WibuKey
=======
1. Plug out all WibuBoxes (dongles).
2. Open the WibuKey Tool in the Control Panel and go to the page "Installation".
3. Press the button "Plug & Play" and reset the Plug&Play mechanism.

Delete driver
=============
1. Uninstall the WibuKey driver using "Add/Remove Programs" in the Control Panel.
2. Open the folder [%systemroot%\inf] in the windows explorer.
3. Search within all "oem*.inf" files for the search term "WIBU". Delete all corresponding pnf files (e.g. you found oem345.inf, delete oem345.pnf) and the inf file itself.
4. check if in the folder C:\Windows\System32\drivers or C:\Windows\SysWOW64\drivers the files Wibukey*.sys are removed, if not remove them manually.
5. Open Registry from Windows Start and in the Search type “regedit”. Then find and delete the following registry keys:
 
"HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services” – if a folder „WIBUKEY" and/or „WibuKey2" (or “WibuKey2_64” on a 64bit OS) exists, delete it.
 
“HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WIBU-SYSTEMS” – delete this key if it exists

6.Delete the following folders (if present):
C:\Program Files (x86)\WIBUKEY
C:\Program Files (x86)\WIBU-SYSTEMS
C:\Program Files\WIBU-SYSTEMS

7. Restart the computer.

Install driver
==============
Now you are ready to make a clean installation of WibuKey:
1. After reboot reinstall the WibuKey driver by right-clicking on the installer and choosing "Run As Administrator" option. Ensure to have administrative rights. Don't plug in any WibuBox!
2. After installation has finished plug in the WibuBox.
3. The "New Hardware found" dialog will appear and install the new hardware automatically since the driver is certified (since WibuKey Runtime version 5.0)
